Formulyst previously dubbed “MathGPT” was a side project I developed using Node.js to help learn Calculus. However, because of its connection to OpenAI’s API it’s capable of much more then that and can theoretically help learn and solve any type of math problem. What the video also doesn’t showcase is the LaTeX keyboard that helped to make typing in these problems easy.
This LaTeX input vastly simplified being able to input complex equations into ChatGPT, later iterations of the application were also able to handle word problems as well.
